New FLOW Technology Saves You Time
Building on the the successful Arizona Classic flatbed architecture, the Arizona 2300 series is built around the new Arizona FLOW technology. This advancement greatly reduces or even eliminates the need for masking open areas of the table, enabling quicker job setups.
Ease of Use Comes Standard
The Arizona 2300 series introduces an additional set of pneumatic registration pins on the right side of the table which allows for quick and easy turn or tumble printing of double-sided jobs. The built-in automatic maintenance system easily cleans an ink channel in only 24 seconds with a simple push of a button, enabling higher uptime.
A Smarter Workflow
The self-learning capacity of the Arizona Xpert functionality creates recipes for complex, multi-layered projects, even transparencies and multi-sided applications over multiple boards. By designing complex jobs just once, you can leverage your expertise and easily adapt and repeat designs to save time on future projects.
Unique Technologies
VariaDot imaging technology
VariaDot imaging technology allows piezoelectric printheads to produce droplets of varying volume on demand. This allows the connected workflow software to specify an appropriate droplet size for each specific image feature. When rendering fine detail such as small type or fine lines, very small droplets can be used, when rendering areas of tonal transition or quartertone values such as skin tones drops of medium volumes can be used and for areas of high density such as solid colors, large droplets can be used.
Arizona FLOW Technology
An airflow technique combined with a zone-less, multiorigin table layout; less masking, easy job switching and versatile, accurate and productive multi-board or double-sided printing.

| Print Resolution | Variable droplet sizes from 6 to 30 picolitres. The ability to vary the drop size to 6 picolitres produces sharp images with smoother gradients and quartertones. The ability to jet larger droplets up to 30 picolitres produces uniform colours. The result is near-photorealistic quality with sharpness only before seen at resolutions of 1,440 dpi or higher. Text as small as 2 pt. is perfectly legible (in High Definition mode). |
