Roland DG Corporation, the pioneer of integrated Print&Cut technology, today introduced the 30″ wide LEC-300A, a new addition to its VersaUV inkjet series. Equipped with Roland ECO-UV inks, the LEC-300A prints CMYK+White+Gloss all in one device for luxurious, customized graphics with unique special effects and glossy and matte finishes. The LEC-300A is ideal for producing value-added prototypes such as packaging, control panels, labels and decals.

The new LEC-300A accepts a wide variety of media including paper, film, leather, card stock, plastic, polycarbonate and other rigid substrates (except metals) up to 1 mm (0.04″) thick. 50 ready-to-use textures are available, adding three-dimensional luxury and distinction quickly to designs. The LEC-300A includes innovative Roland Intelligent Pass Control® technology that delivers smooth gradations and flawless solid fills in every print mode. High-opacity ECO-UV White ink is ideal for transparent media allowing you to print brilliant colors on dark and transparent substrates.
In addition, the LEC-300A lowers white-ink running costs by 70% with the Automatic White Ink Circulation System that prevents the pigment from settling, minimizes ink waste and ensures continuous printing without interruptions.
